China State Planner deputy director Li Chao said at the agency’s August briefing
the NDRC is accelerating plans to build a project pipeline for 2027. He urged
local governments to coordinate hard investment and soft construction, closely
monitor construction progress and fund disbursements, strictly enforce project
management, and speed up major projects to deliver more near-term physical
output.
