China State Planner said it has held a series of meetings to accelerate measures
to boost effective investment. It will speed up deployment of policy-based
financial instruments and increase support for private investment projects. For
six‑network construction, authorities will study and refine diversified
financing models, classification and detail fiscal, financial, investment and pricing
support, optimize policy mixes and accelerate the start of major engineering
projects. Focus will be on integrating the compute network, new power grids and
next‑generation communications networks; officials will study a 2+3+N
coordination mechanism involving two grid companies, three telecom operators and
multiple compute-service firms, and step up overall coordination to form a joint
implementation effort.
