Kazakhstan told Interfax its oil production has returned to stable levels and
has not fallen after a Black Sea drone attack that cut Caspian Pipeline
Consortium (CPC) July loadings by about a fifth. The CPC, which moves Kazakh
crude to the Russian Black Sea port Novorossiysk, handles roughly 2% of global
oil supply; its terminal operations have been repeatedly disrupted since
mid-July.
