According to the Iranian Students' News Agency, the Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Mujahideen of Iran stated, "Based on the latest government resolution, the quotas for importers to register and order production materials and the restrictions on past import records have been lifted. Importers can now register and place orders based on their own transportation and supply capabilities, without the previous restrictions. Currently, there are approximately 3.5 million tons of basic commodities in Iranian ports, and most of the imported goods have already been transported to markets and production units."
