Russian Foreign Minister Lavrov said Moscow has not issued any "ultimatum" to
the United States over Ukrainian strikes on Russian infrastructure. On Western
media reports that the US provided aid to Ukraine, Moscow said it asked the US
State Department via diplomatic channels to verify the reports but has so far
received no response.
