Credit Rehabilitation Services, directing local market regulators to establish
end-to-end credit rehabilitation service mechanisms. Key measures: strengthen
ex-ante prevention and tighten the risk-monitoring network; publish policy
interpretations and case studies and expand legal education; focus on high-risk
sectors such as food and pharmaceuticals to bolster operators’ credit-risk
controls; pilot big data and AI to deliver real-time warning signals to avert
credit/dishonesty incidents; and set up offline credit service zones for on-site
Q&A and reinforced compliance guidance.
