Iran's army commander Amir Hatami said the "enemy" sought to destroy Iran's
drone and missile capabilities, but Iran will "continue to launch stockpiled
weapons at maximum intensity to the 11-TH HOUR." He added that, by military
logic, an attacker is only deemed victorious if it achieves its objectives; in
defensive warfare, an enemy's failure to meet its objectives constitutes victory
for the defender.
