Huang outlined China's recent climate actions and climate work deployments for the 15th Five-Year period, set out China's position on advancing global climate governance, and flagged expectations for COP31 in Antalya. He proposed deepening China–New Zealand climate policy dialogue and practical cooperation; both sides said they would continue constructive cooperation on environment and climate issues.
