Vice Premier Ding Xuexiang will attend the 11th Eastern Economic Forum in
Vladivostok from Sept. 1–4. His schedule includes the 13th China‑Russia
Investment Cooperation Committee meeting, the 23rd Energy Cooperation Committee
meeting and the 8th China‑Russia Energy Business Forum. The foreign ministry
said China will use the visit to implement consensus reached by the two heads of
state and to advance high‑level development of the China‑Russia comprehensive
strategic cooperative partnership, with an emphasis on boosting bilateral
investment and energy cooperation.
