China's Foreign Ministry said the third APEC senior officials' meeting concluded
on Aug. 28 in Dalian. Participants discussed the APEC China Year theme of
building an Asia‑Pacific community and promoting common prosperity, reviewed the
three priority areas of openness, innovation and cooperation, and focused on
coordinating and aligning deliverables for the informal APEC leaders' meeting
scheduled for November in Shenzhen.
