As of the 23:00 market close, domestic futures contracts showed mixed results. Paraxylene, polyvinyl chloride (PVC), and methanol all saw price increases exceeding 3%, while ethylene glycol (EG), bottled chips, asphalt, and plastics all rose by nearly 3%. On the downside, coking coal, coke, rapeseed oil, and soybean meal fell by over 1%, while rapeseed meal, iron ore, rebar, and hot-rolled coil fell by nearly 1%.
