Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) has restored full capacity at the Ruwais
refinery—one of the world’s largest—after it was hit in regional fighting,
people familiar with the matter said. Ruwais can process 922,000 barrels per
day; sources said ADNOC has been ramping exports of diesel and jet fuel and
returned the refinery to full operating capacity about a month ago. ADNOC has so
far restored fuel exports to roughly 70% of pre-conflict levels, the sources
said. Vortexa data show ADNOC exported about 600,000 bpd of diesel, jet kerosene
and napatha in the two months before the conflict; IIR said last week Middle
East refineries are slowly recovering and supplies from Kuwait’s Mina Al-Zour
refinery has increased.
