Shenzhen sellers have raised asking prices. Surveys show many owners expect
reduced new-home supply to lift secondary-market demand; some clients have asked
agents about 40-year mortgages. Front-end demand rose: weekend new-customer
traffic was up 6.5% and inquiry volume up 3.2% on Aug 29–30 versus the prior
weekend (Aug 22–23).
