On Sept. 2 in Suzhou, listed companies Xuguang Electronics, NAURA Technology and
Kema Technology signed a three‑party strategic cooperation agreement to build a
semiconductor collaborative‑innovation ecosystem and accelerate domestic
substitution of high‑end aluminum nitride (AlN) materials and semiconductor
equipment. Xuguang plans to expand AlN powder capacity from 500 tons to 1,000
tons by 2027, targeting high‑end products serving semiconductor equipment and
compute hardware.
