Israeli defense minister Katz warned that if Iran attacks Israel, the IDF will
strike all infrastructure of the Iranian regime, including energy facilities. He
said signs of severe economic pressure and fears of popular unrest in Iran could
push Tehran to take desperate, high-risk actions; an attack on Israel would
remove existing constraints and “we will hit all infrastructure, including
energy infrastructure, return Iran to the stone age, leave it in darkness.” Katz
added Israel is prepared defensively and offensively and the IDF is ready to
execute its missions.
