On Sept 3 the Verkhovna Rada said it has launched a special investigation into a
Sept 2 shooting in Kyiv that involved personnel from the Security Service of
Ukraine (SBU) and the Defense Ministry’s Main Directorate of Intelligence (GUR),
to establish full facts, probe systemic failings exposed and report findings to
parliament.
