China’s 2026 national basic medical insurance drug-list price negotiations and
Bidding will begin on Sept. 5 at the National People’s Congress Conference
Center. The National Healthcare Security Administration (NHSA) completed
pre-talks with negotiating firms last week. Price consultations for a
commercial‑insurance innovative drug list will run concurrently as authorities
draft a new version. Industry participants expect on‑site NRDL bidding and
commercial catalog price talks to last four to five days.
