IRNA reported the chairman of the Iran Exporters' Union said the country's
external trade environment after the recent outbreak of war and subsequent
developments is materially different from before. He said continuing past
export, import and foreign-exchange repatriation policies would no longer meet
current needs and warned that persisting with strict FX repatriation and FX-debt
measures could curb Iran's export capacity.
