TASS reported on the 4th that US presidential envoy Witkoff and Jared Kushner
plan near-term visits to Russia and Ukraine; Ukrainian lawmaker Goncharenko said
they are likely to arrive in Kyiv on the 6th. On the 3rd President Putin said a
settlement of the Russia‑Ukraine conflict remains possible but its realization
depends on the parties involved.
