Former president Rouhani said recent U.S. actions under Trump amount to a new
economic war against Iran and vowed the country will not succumb. He said he has
no doubt many countries will resist U.S. pressure and continue trading with
Iran, and that some neighboring and non-neighboring states are already
maintaining economic and trade ties today.
