Putin reiterated a willingness to pursue a political-diplomatic settlement. Witkoff and Kushner said they will convey Putin’s views and assessments to Kyiv during planned contacts with Ukrainian officials; Ushakov said US envoys came prepared, expressed concern about ending military action quickly and put forward a range of possible solutions.
