At an AI seminar Shanghai SASAC said it has guided supervised firms through an
"AI+" campaign to speed AI-driven digital transformation and is promoting four
shifts: widening applications from pilot projects to full coverage — it says
supervised firms now have full coverage; shifting focus from mere compute supply
to compute networking, technical R&D and scenario effectiveness, with greater
emphasis on aligning AI with real business, real data and real processes; moving
application forms from Q&A assistance to intelligent execution, embedding
intelligent agents and digital labor into investment research/advisory, building
design and supply‑chain scheduling; and changing implementation from fragmented
rollout to ecosystem collaboration, accelerating coordinated use of compute,
corpora, models, scenarios and talent.
