Ukrainian intelligence officials stated that Russia still possesses sufficient resources to continue its war against Ukraine. They do not rule out the possibility that these resources are enough to sustain operations until 2027 and 2028. To prevent Russia from accessing these resources, cooperation with partners is necessary. Sanctions must be truly effective.
