On Sept 7, 2026, China’s Assistant Foreign Minister Liu Bin met a visiting
delegation of former senior Pakistani diplomats. Liu said China will fully
implement leaders’ consensus, use the 75th anniversary of diplomatic ties to
deepen bilateral and multilateral cooperation, and accelerate building a closer
China‑Pakistan community of shared future in the new era. The Pakistani
delegation said it is willing to deepen exchanges and cooperation across sectors
to advance practical bilateral ties.
