CXMT announced its self‑developed LPDDR6 memory has reached mass production and
commercial deployment, debuting in Xiaomi’s 18Fold flagship—the first reported
global commercial use of LPDDR6 in a flagship phone. The 16GB chip supports up
to 12,800 Mbps peak transfer and pairs with SoCs at 10,667 Mbps, supplying
higher data bandwidth for flagship smartphones and other high‑performance
terminals.
