Explosions were heard in Kyiv again on Sept 8, local time. The Russian Defense
Ministry said early on Sept 8 Moscow launched a large-scale strike using land-,
air- and sea-launched precision weapons and long-range attack drones, hitting
Ukrainian defense industry facilities involved in production and storage of
attack drones and cruise missiles; military logistics hubs in Kyiv city and Kyiv
region; facilities at Chornomorsk port in Odesa region used to unload military
cargo; and an oil tanker transporting fuel and lubricants to Ukrainian forces.
