Foreign ministers of France, the UK, Canada, Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Ireland,
Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain and Sweden said they plan to restrict trade in
goods from illegal settlements in the West Bank. They said Israeli actions in
the West Bank are undermining the two‑state solution and that unprecedented
settler violence and settlement expansion have rapidly worsened the situation.
The ministers called on Israel to immediately stop expanding settlements and
extending civil administration and to ensure accountability for settlers
violence.
