On Sept. 7 Heytea's Heytea GO mini-program quietly restored an application entry
labeled "I want to become a partner" and updated its applicant guidance. The
guidance adds risk warnings urging applicants to assess opportunities
rationally, invest prudently and submit truthful, complete information, and
clarifies that submitting an application does not establish a partnership;
Heytea may reject applications at any review stage. This is the first reopening
of the official application channel since Heytea suspended new franchise
applications in Feb. 2025, citing "refusing meaningless scale competition."
