A spokesperson for the Iranian Parliament's National Security and Foreign Policy Committee stated that, in addition to the annual budget, the revenue received will be used specifically for the following purposes: improving people's lives through the issuance of vouchers; strengthening national defense capabilities and infrastructure construction, prioritizing support for war-affected provinces, strategic islands, and maritime infrastructure; strengthening air defense capabilities; and improving the living conditions of armed forces personnel.
