According to the Iranian news agency IRNA, the commander of the Tehran Metropolitan Military District stated during a military exercise involving special operations forces: "We have moved beyond the defensive and air defense confrontation phase and are now on the eve of launching an offensive operation; the enemy will soon feel the consequences of this turning point." He stated that Iran is building offensive teams, units, and divisions for special operations and lightning-fast operations, emphasizing: "Today, we are ready to operate at extremely high speeds anywhere in the country, and to destroy the enemy regardless of their state. In recent years, through repeated training, we have developed rapid transport capabilities and the ability to conduct special and specialized operations. This offensive strategy sends a clear message to the enemy."
