Barclays says Saudi Aramco’s operating cash flow could increase roughly 30% by
2030. Barclays estimates gas development will add about $12–15bn of incremental
cash flow, downstream improvements could contribute up to $10bn, and higher oil
and gas output will add further cash. At 2025 oil prices, each 1m bpd increase
in crude production is estimated to generate roughly $11–12bn of cash flow;
Aramco has the potential to raise output by 2m bpd (≈$22–24bn).
