Iran's foreign ministry said Foreign Minister Araghchi spoke by phone with
Pakistan army chief General Asim Munir on Thursday evening. They discussed
escalating regional tensions and worsening security and exchanged views on the
impact on regional peace and stability. Both parties urged regional vigilance,
stronger coordination and use of shared capabilities to promote lasting peace
and security.
