Negotiations on a new contract manufacturing deal between Qualcomm (QCOM.O) and Samsung's wafer foundry has stalled over price disagreements, sources said, with Qualcomm seeking cuts and Samsung refusing. Industry sources expect a Qualcomm AP project planned for Samsung Foundry's 2nm node may be delayed into next year, and volume production this year is now uncertain as price talks continue.
