China energy and chemical futures' main contracts fell in the afternoon. Shanghai crude (SC) pared gains to 6% after earlier jumping above 9%; low-sulfur fuel oil (LU) pared to 5%; fuel oil pared to 4.6%. Benzene and plastics turned negative.
