Sky News Arabia cited an Israeli source saying there were no Iranian personnel
at a ridge in southern Lebanon that Israel says has long served as a Hezbollah
command center and where its forces found weapons. The source said roughly 50
Hezbollah members were inside the position and that most were killed when it was
detonated. Israel will not withdraw from the area, will redeploy forces, and
will treat anyone approaching the site as a target, the source added. Israeli
forces yesterday destroyed Hezbollah underground infrastructure in the area.
