Shanghai International Energy Exchange said it will adjust trading limits for non‑futures‑company members, overseas special non‑broker participants and clients, effective from the start of trading on Sept. 15, 2026 (night session Sept. 14). The maximum intraday opening volume for crude oil futures SC2610 and SC2611 will be 800 contracts; for low‑sulfur fuel oil futures LU2610 and LU2611 the maximum intraday opening volume will be 3,000 contracts.
