At its Sept. 11 interim results meeting, Tianyue Advanced said silicon carbide
(SiC) substrate prices have largely stabilized since the start of the year as
the market shifts from a rapid price-adjustment phase to one of price stability
and expanding demand. The company reports current capacity is relatively tight
and expects H2 supply to tighten further as downstream demand from new-energy
vehicles, solar-plus-storage-and-charging applications, and AI data centers
expands.
