On Sept 11 in an interview in India, Russian President Putin said Russia does
not threatening European countries and has no reason to seek conflict with Europe,
but warned that the deployment of European troops on Ukrainian territory would be
equivalent to going to war with Russia. He said current developments in Europe
are the consequence of systemic Western errors in politics, security and
economic policy.
