Boeing (BA.N) and the Society of Professional Engineering Employees in Aerospace
(SPEEA) reached a tentative four-year contract on Friday that increases general
wage growth versus the prior offer. If ratified, roughly 17,000 SPEEA
professional and technical members would receive a 10% raise on Oct. 16, then 4%
annual increases in 2027–2030 plus performance-based increments. SPEEA members
overwhelmingly rejected the earlier proposal on Aug. 21. The tentative deal also
adjusts remote-work policies and overtime limits for the professional unit.
