Ukrainian President Zelenskiy said on social media that Russia launched about
2,100 drones against Ukraine this week, many of them Shahed loitering munitions.
He said Moscow also used nearly 1,700 glide‑guided bombs and 78 rockets, calling
the strikes aimed at crippling the economy and disrupting civilian life. He
reported attacks tonight and this morning on energy infrastructure, Ukrainian
Railways, commercial properties and residential buildings, and said rockets and
drones struck Odesa. Recovery work is ongoing in many western regions after the
nighttime strikes.
