At a defense industry managers meeting, Iran's acting defense minister Ibn Reza
said repeated threats from adversaries signal a breakdown in their intelligence
and analysis. He said Tehran and its decision-making apparatus do not regard
such threats as having practical operational value, viewing them as political
signaling rather than evidence of real military capability. He added Iran has
never and will not threaten neighboring states or regional populations and will
rely on prudence and reason to distinguish friends from foes.
