Hainan province on Sept 14 raised heavy rain warnings to red for Qionghai city
and Tunchang county. Dongfang city's flood-control command said rainfall will
force ongoing adjustments to reservoir releases. From 09:00 on Sept 14,
Daguangba Reservoir outflow will increase from the current 3,000 m3/s to
4,000–5,500 m3/s; Gezhen Reservoir outflow will rise from 3,200 m3/s to
4,000–5,500 m3/s.
