Esa Group has agreed to acquire SGN’s UK retail arm, adding 118 petrol stations
and roughly doubling its current network. The deal forms part of Esa’s expansion
plan to reach 800 stations by 2031, which the company says would give it about a
9% share of the UK fuel market.
