Sept. 14 — Russia-appointed Enerhodar mayor Pukhov said targeted Ukrainian
strikes damaged multiple power lines supplying the city, leaving it fully
without electricity for a fourth consecutive day. Damage points are outside the
city and a restoration timetable is not yet known. Key infrastructure, medical
facilities and life-support systems are operating on backup power. Pukhov said
nine incoming drones were recorded overnight, seven of which struck a food
store; a children's art school had windows blown out and there were no
casualties. Ukrainian forces had no immediate comment.
