Kurdistan Region security authorities said on the 14th that five rockets struck
Suleimaniyah province in the early hours, causing no casualties. A Kurdish
security source told reporters the attack targeted a camp of Iranian Kurdish
anti-government militants; authorities have opened an investigation. The
Kurdistan Region's mountain areas host multiple Iranian Kurdish opposition bases
that have previously been hit by cross-border Iranian missile and drone strikes.
