Iran Supreme National Security Council Secretary Rezaei said not to be swayed by
the US president's inconsistent signals — from "no negotiations" to "we are
ready to talk" — and warned that stakes around oil and the Strait of Hormuz have
changed. He said crisis management cannot avert imminent developments and that
Iran will not negotiate until its conditions are met.
