MediaTek launched the Dimensity 9600 Pro flagship mobile SoC, its first SoC
built on TSMC's 2nm process. Versus the prior 3nm design, the 2nm chip delivers
roughly 14% higher performance and 23% lower power consumption. MediaTek said it
rebuilt the SoC around an AI‑native architecture, integrating CPU, GPU, NPU and
ISP via hardware‑software co‑design.
