The Shanghai Information Security Testing and Certification Center on Sept. 14
launched ZhiCeNengShou, China’s first public-service platform for generative AI
security testing, at the Shanghai opening of the National Cybersecurity
Publicity Week. Built as a public-service product, the platform is positioned as
Shanghai’s solution for domestic AI governance and security testing practices.
