Houthi spokesman Yahya said on the 15th that, over the past 24 hours, Saudi jets
— F-15s and Typhoons — flew 52 airstrikes from the Khamis Mushait and Taif air
bases across multiple areas of Yemen. He said strikes struck civilian
infrastructure, including schools, bridges and roads in Taiz province, and other
civilian sites in Al Jawf, Bayda, Saada and Amran provinces. Yahya described the
attacks as "barbaric" and vowed a response.
