Documents show that U.S. and Vietnamese companies are expected to announce 29 agreements in New York next week. The agreements cover energy, technology, aviation, and financial companies, and many are expected to be non-binding. U.S. companies such as Chevron, ExxonMobil, Citibank, and Qualcomm are expected to sign agreements with their Vietnamese partners.
